Tom's Town Bourbon Caramels
Our softest caramel we made is inside of these delightful designs. This caramel is a 4 stage process, and while not as chewy as our harder caramels. This caramel will melt in your mouth.
When Tom’s Town approached us, and asked us to make a caramel with their bourbon, we decided to throw out all of our recipes, and start from the ground up.
This caramel is made with Tom’s Town Double Oaked Bourbon. Then we start the caramel structure with maple sryup and brown sugar, and in butter and cream to finish it up.
They where so impressed with the caramel that you can find this caramel being served along side some of their cocktails at their restaurant and tasting room.
This flavor is also a Bizz favorite.
